Mini Microtunneling (Optical Beam)

Advanced optical beam guidance technology enabling infrastructure installation without open trench excavation. Using Guided Boring Machine (GBM) technology with optical beam guidance, we achieve maximum precision of ±0.01%. This method handles pipe diameters from 160mm to 1,000mm with continuous drilling up to 120 meters (extendable with additional launch pits).

The compact, quiet operation works in all soil types except rock, making it ideal for urban areas and sensitive environments. Extremely quiet operation enables work in populated areas without disruption, while the shallow depth capability prevents damage to existing infrastructure.

Auger Boring Technology

Auger boring is a trenchless pipeline installation method that uses a rotating cutting head and auger flights to excavate soil while simultaneously installing a steel casing or carrier pipe. The process involves jacking pipes horizontally through the ground from a launch shaft to a reception shaft, with the excavated material transported back through the pipe via continuous auger rotation.

This proven technology provides precise grade control essential for gravity pipelines, making it ideal for sewer installations, utility crossings, and projects where settlement must be minimized. With thrust forces ranging from 98 kN to 3,142 kN and pipe installation capabilities from 121mm to 1,720mm diameter, auger boring delivers accurate, efficient installations in virtually any ground condition.
